I loved how it absorbs the overall vibration of the bow; when shooting, the sound of the bow is quite clean.

The recurve stabilizer of the future. The ultimate performance for outdoor competition regardless of the conditions.
Ultra 4 S is a ~10% stiffer version of the Ultra 4 and uses a unique carbon layup providing enhanced aiming and vibration reduction.
Use with standard Ultra 4 side rods for a matched set.
The Ultra 4 S brings in a new era of recurve stabilization.
It builds on the success of the Ultra 3 line which has dominated international competition at the highest level for years pushes the boundaries of what recurve stabilization can accomplish.
We have put every piece of technology we have, and everything we have learned over years of stabilizer design into one incredible stabilizer platform.
The Ultra 4 S is 20% stiffer, features our thinnest diameter to date, removes more vibration, and is 7% lighter than the Ultra 3 weighing only 4.5 oz.

Great stabilizer!! Great for those with 30"+ length and/or those with high stab weight.it got the dampening and wind cutting of the Ultra, along with the hold and stiffness similar to the Vektor. Definitely the best Stabilizer Ramrods has made yet. No compromise.

Vibration in this short bars are very less and the shots are more clear and straight.

I’ve shot the V4 S for about 2 years now, since I made the switch I’ve not regretted it one bit. One major thing I noticed once I started to use them was I was able to have more weight on my front bar without having it feel all floppy. I’ve been running it on the heavier side at 14oz. Even with having that much weight on there it handles it like a champ, my aiming pattern is pretty dead, once i get settled in my shot. I’ve shot the V4 S and the side bars as V4s, not only at target, indoor and now 3D. I can say that I’m very impressed with how they handle being set up in so many different ways. In my opinion these are one of the best bars that I’ve shot so far. They are very versatile and can handle a lot of weight on them and still feel pretty good. I’ve shot them with several different extensions and doing so I can say they still felt really good while doing that, my aiming pattern was still pretty solid and didn’t move a lot while I was testing this, and I was very impressed by this. Even though the price is a bit expensive, I’d say it's worth every bit of it in my opinion. And if it’s too much for you to purchase at the moment, which is completely understandable, there’s still many other options that RamRods offers for you to get at a much cheaper price point. I’ve not tested or used any of those yet but from what I know they are pretty good for how much that will cost you. I would recommend that If you’re just starting out or don’t know if you're gonna be staying with shooting competitively, not by the V4s just yet simply because of the price point, however I would recommend it if you know you’re gonna stick with it and have been shooting for awhile already. Then you should if you can spend the money on then get them. They truly are worth the price tag.

I've been using the RAMROODS Ultra V4S stabilizer, and I'm extremely satisfied with this outstanding product. Excellent Design First of all, the aesthetic is incredibly refined. The silhouette when mounted on the bow looks absolutely fantastic. It's the kind of gear that genuinely satisfies your sense of ownership, and it boosts my motivation every time I step onto the shooting line. Outstanding Performance at High Poundage I shoot at a high poundage, and even with plenty of weights stacked on, this stabilizer remains rock-solid and delivers top-tier performance. It offers excellent rigidity while effectively absorbing vibration, resulting in a very honest and predictable behavior after release. Being able to fine-tune the weight configuration to match my personal preferences is another major plus. Real-World Results I'm still in the process of dialing in my best setup, but even so, I'm consistently scoring over 650 points at 70m competitions. The fact that I'm already hitting these scores while there's still room to refine my setup makes me confident that even higher scores are within reach. I'm genuinely excited about the potential for further improvement. Overall Impression In terms of looks, performance, and competition results, this stabilizer scores high on every front. I can confidently recommend it to any high-poundage archer who is serious about chasing higher scores. I'm also really looking forward to the process of finding my optimal setup with this stabilizer.

The Ultra V4S delivers on all fronts - stiffness, quality, versatility, and it looks amazing! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stiff, wind-efficient rod, and are serious about top of the line equipment. The internal tungsten damping is a fantastic addition; completely removes residual vibration from the shot. (I'd recommend the external damping weights if you don't go for the internal option!)

I wanted to go to a thinner rod (currently shooting vektor) for next outdoor season. I have been eyeing the v4s for center and v4 for the sides. Broke down and purchased them this week and they were delivered Saturday. Moved all my weights(2oz front, 3oz each side) to the v4/v4s. I did go with 28” front, 13.5” side, 4” extension, and vbars flat/45 and all with tungsten dampening. The bow holds steady with very little float and no extra vibration from the shot. Love the v4/v4s. I think with the lighter weight setup, it’s very similar to the vektor, if I had more weight on the front, maybe I would feel the flex of the v4s vs vektors.

Fantastic wind bar. Balancing the line between a small outside diameter and stiffness on a top tier level.
