Product Story
The Beast is the stabilizer of choice for compound athletes at the top of their game. RamRods athletes Jozef Bosansky world #2, Jyothi Vennam world #4, and many more have been absolutely crushing on the international stage, with podiums at the World Championships and World Cup 1 & 3.
The Beast began with one question, how can we make a stabilizer that is stiff enough to feel great at 50oz+ while also being highly wind efficient and vibration free? After over a year of intense research, design, and testing we are excited to share the answer.
The Beast provides compound athletes with stiffness and weight capacity that will exceed the expectations of even the most demanding shooters. Yet it remains the most wind efficient product on the market at this level of stiffness. This is accomplished through the RamRods Wind Taper which provides more stiffness at the base where the stabilizer experiences the most stress, and slims down at the tip to reduce wind drag in the area of most wind torque.
In addition to best-in-class stiffness and wind efficiency, the Beast destroys vibration and resonance through VIBRO-Core internal damping (standard on all models) and the option to upgrade to Tungsten damping for next level vibration reduction and improved front of center.
The Beast is ideal for compound athletes using moderate to heavy mass weight. The recommended weight ranges for the front stabilizer are 15-20oz for crisp feel, 21-50oz for ideal feel, 51oz+ for softer feel. This recommended weight range does not account for dampers or decouplers – mass weight that the stabilizer can handle increases when using dampers between weights or between the stabilizer and the weights. Side rods can handle roughly double the mass weight for similar reactions.

I have been using the Beast stabilizers for three years and I have been really satisfied with the product. It is the best stabilizer I have used, I like how stiff it is and it really has made my setup work better and get better results. I have used the 33" variant and now I changed to 30" variant and shot a the 25 meter para World Record with it (pending ratification). Side stabilizers are 12" in my setup.

I have been using the Beast stabilizer for a bit over half a year now, and I can confidently say that these are the best that I have used. They are extremely stiff and handle the 20 ounce of weight without problem on a 30 inch frond rod. They absorb almost all of the vibrations and make for a nice, quite and solid feeling shot.

I have been shooting with the Beast (standard VIBRO-core version) for the past 6 months. First impression: "Is it really that light?!" After the first shot: No uncontrolled movement of the sight, no vibration after the shot and the impression of being able to add even more weight. After 6 months: I love it. It is the lightest and stiffest stabilizer I have ever shot with, allowing to carry the weight where it really matters, effectively eliminates vibrations, significantly reduces the wind effect during shooting. It is beautiful and the aesthetic finishes are very durable.

I'm absolutely in love with these bars. If your like me and you like to stack your bar with a lot of weight, where other bars will tend to vibrate more when you do, the beast stabiliser won't let you down. Especially with the tungsten Powder damping core it'll get rid of any vibration you feel after the shot. The change is noticeable straight away, I had no idea my bow could have such a dead in the hand feel, and a much quieter shot too. Then to add to the mix a tapered design you'll be ahead of the game when shooting in the wind. If you've already made it this far then you've found the right bar for you.

I have been shooting the Beast Tungsten Powder Dampening + VIBRO-CORE rods for the past six months and I have never been so impressed with the instant effect that a new piece of equipment can have. The dampening in these stabilisers makes the bow sit dead still in my hand upon release whilst simultaneously helping to keep my aim steady when the conditions make a turn for the worse. I have been steadily increasing my holding weight on both my front and side Beast stabilisers by addition of the Ramrods Stainless Steel Weights, and I have confidence in my equipment knowing that these rods are built stiff enough to withstand even the heaviest of weights. (For reference, I use the 30” model and am 170cm tall.)

I have been shooting the Beast Stabilizers for a while now and love these bars!!! The feedback from the shot is consistent, it is clean and crisp without negative reverb to impact your arrow or shot execution. The wind taper is a huge benefit when you do not have the luxury of waiting out the wind! I do not shoot any products that I feel do not make or help me become a better archer. These stabilizers are extremely damp & extremely stiff! They are the perfect blend of those 2 very key and important qualities that you need to have in a stabilizer set up. In my search for the best quality stabilizers I have tried just about everything, if you are looking for stiff bars, then those bars tend to lose the dampness factor to increase the stiffness, and in return you get a bar that has immense feedback and negative vibrations that impact your shooting. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a damp bar you end up with a very weak bar that creates a lot of feedback, during and after the shot. RamRods outdid themselves on the Beast stabilizers, they are stiff enough to hold heavy loads of weight, as well as, incredibly damp to allow for excellent control of the shot during execution. Been using the Beast Tungsten bars for 6 months and absolutely love them!! Mi bow holds really great and with the weight system is very easy to tune. The vibration is dead and you really can tell the diference when you compare with other brands. The attention to detail is 10/10 and the accesories match perfectly!
