1 - Links and follower counts for public social media profiles where you post archery content.

2 - Your senior/adult national ranking and a direct link to verify it.

3 - A direct link to your World Archery athlete profile.

4 - Your best official outdoor 720-round competition score from the past 12 months at the standard distance for your division, plus a direct link to the competition results showing your name and score.

5 - National and international competitions attended or confirmed for 2026.

6 - National and international competitions you plan to attend in 2027.

7 - A recent headshot photo of yourself.
